VICTORY FLAME: SWARNIM VIJAY MASHAAL ARRIVES AT TRIVANDRUM

Celebrating the Golden Jubilee year of India’s victory over Pakistan in 1971 Indo-Pak War, Victory Flame (Swarnim Vijay Mashaal) arrived at Pangode Military Station, today (03 June). Brigadier Kartik Seshadri, Station Commander, Pangode Military Station received the Victory Flame at Pangode War Memorial and paid tribute to the war heroes of 1971 war by laying a wreath at the memorial.


‘Swarnim Vijay Mashaal’ (Victory Flame) started from the eternal flame of the National War Memorial at New Delhi and reached here after travelling a distance of over 2500 kilometers and felicitating the War heroes and their Next of Kins who were part of 1971 war.
Senior Officers and soldiers of the Military Station were present on the occasion.
