Turkey Earthquake and Tsunami; 14 Died

Ankara: A large earthquake shook the west coast of Turkey and Greece resulting in 14 death in Turkey and 2 in Greece. 419 people were injured. Several houses were damaged in the tsunami occurred in Pacific Ocean floor. Izmir, a city on the Aegean coast of Turkey is the worst-hit area. Authorities said that at least 70 people have been rescued from the rubble of the wreckage caused by the quake with 6.7 intensity.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has assured through his tweet that the rescue operation would be carried out using all available means in the country.
