Washington: SpaceX has created history by launching four astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS). It is the first complete mission to bring scientists to the Space Station using a privately owned spacecraft.

Three American scientists, Mike Hopkins, Shannon Walker and Victor Glover, and Japanese scientist Soichi Noguchi were sent to the space station in SpaceX’s Falcon rocket.

The mission was postponed due to inclement weather and took place 24 hours later from Kennedy Space Station on Sunday night.
