Senior Business Analyst
My client a leading a bank based in Saudi Arabia is urgently looking for a Senior Finance Business Analyst. You will have a minimum of 8+ years experience.
You should have demonstrable experience and have proven experience implementing large scale IT/Finance Projects.
Responsibility:
- Deliver project / program business requirements in Finance for key projects such as IBOR, GL upgrade, OFSAA upgrade
- Exposure in Oracle or similar system with strong technical skills
- Document and understand data needs of finance system requirements. Create Functional design and scoping documents
- Coordinate, collate and document business requirements from project stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate the business requirements to technical deliverables and document technical solutions
- Coordinate with both internal and external solution providers and ensure the business requirements are translated into deliverables
- Report, write, and document desktop and system procedures
- Research, implement, and support finance system implementation including UAT
- Assist team members in solving problems relating to their tasks, which may relate to system implementation and production.
- Assist and train finance team members on how to use the systems which includes providing guidance to the team and providing training documentation.
- Review, maintain, and suggest modifications as appropriate, to the current procedures and processes.
- Follow organisational policies & processes while delivering the projects with effective communication covering internal & external stakeholders
- Conduct debriefing sessions with stakeholders, document and follow up on actions
- Complete Finance UAT and go live workstreams test cases and update Bank testing systems with results. Deliver issues in testing with practical solutions and on time for project completion.
