Islamabad: In Kulbhushan Jadhav case, Islamabad High Court will be hearing case for appointing a defence lawyer for Jadhav. The bench consisting of Chief Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gull Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the case as Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson had earlier rejected India’s demand for appointing an Indian lawyer or a Queen’s counsel for Jadhav.

Last week, India demaned again and the rejection of the request led to court for a fair trial for fifty year old Jadhav. He was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court in 2017 on charges of espionage and terrorism and India is continuously trying for ensuring a fair trial for Jadhav.
