According to a study conducted by researchers of University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), the election time can deteriorate mental health of the people.  The continuous campaigns, media reports and confusion may seriously affect the voters to a great extent. 

In the study, scientists have found evidence of worsening mental health in the voters during the month of election. People are experiencing stress, depression, and problems with emotions during the time of elections as the election result may affect their future life. The researchers suggest the voters to have planning for the result announcing date as it seems to the highest stressful day to them.

As the election tensions are going on in America, Bihar and Kerala the report is having a point to convey.
