Thiruvanathapuram: As per new report, the decision to open bars in Kerala is going on. The decision is in connection with the release of notification of local government elections on November 5. The bars that were closed during the Covid spread could be reopened in the first week of November with strict safety standards.
The bars will be able to open only in December after the notification of the local government elections. With the general election set to take place in the next three months, the opening of the bar in December could lead to controversy. That’s why the bars are set to open in the first week of November. The bars will be inspected by the Police, Excise and Revenue Departments.
